Q&A: How to cite a dictionary entry in APA style

Q: When writing my translation commentary, I consulted a printed dictionary. I understand that I should cite all reference books and secondary sources. What is the APA format for citing a printed dictionary  in the main body of my translation commentary, and what is the APA format for listing such a dictionary in the bibliography?
