洪磊的讲话节选：

昨天下午，外交部副外长张业遂约见朝鲜、韩国、美国驻华大使，就当前朝鲜半岛局势表示严重关切。

和解、合作有利于半岛的和平与稳定。我们希望朝韩双方通过对话协商来解决有关问题。维护朝鲜半岛的和平稳定，实现半岛的无核化，符合有关各方的共同利益，也是有关各方的共同责任。

在当前形势下，中方认为，有关各方应该保持冷静克制，不要采取相互挑衅的行动，更不要采取使局势进一步恶化的行动。
